It essential to understand that effort and process are considered equally in relation to finished product when determining grades. Generally, hard work results in superior finished products. However, there are times when finish products do not reflect the effort taken in making them. This equal consideration of effort and product will balance students' over-all performance in this course and take into consideration all ability levels.
